Luke Bryan recently released his long-awaited nostalgic new single “Love You, Miss You, Mean It.”
The award-winning country star said the song’s story reminds him of the college days romance he shared with his wife, Caroline Bryan.
“This song was special from the first time I heard it. I knew it would resonate,” Bryan said. “It’s about young love and that whole process of trying to make relationships work through the on-again and off-again cycles. My wife and I went through that journey during college and I know a lot of people out there have too.”
Bryan married his college sweetheart in 2006.
He premiered the song with a performance on the Ryman Auditorium stage during the Country Radio Seminar in Nashville in February.
The song was written by Rhett Akins, Ben Hayslip, Jordan Minton and Jacob Rice.
Bryan is set to embark on his Mind Of A Country Boy Tour on April 17th in Calgary, Canada, with Chayce Beckham and Tenille Arts.
