Despite his immense success, Luke Combs maintains an unexpectedly low-key lifestyle off stage. The North Carolina native has deliberately worked to preserve a sense of normalcy in his day-to-day life. “I live an oddly normal life, to be honest…and that’s the way I want it to be,” Combs said in a new interview. The singer-songwriter has found that remaining true to himself, both in the public eye and at home, is the key to maintaining that balance. “Whatever the persona is, is just who I am. So it’s easy to just be myself and that’s what I always wanted. I didn’t want to have to pretend to be anything and that I’m not,” Combs explained. At home, he shares a modest 2-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot house with his wife Nicole and their two young sons, Tex and Beau.
