On Friday night (July 18), Noah Cyrus thrilled fans at her London album release event by bringing out a surprise special guest; her father, Billy Ray Cyrus. They sang a duet on “Stand Still” from Noah’s 2022 album, The Hardest Part, as well as a moving rendition of Billy Ray’s “With You,” which she covered on her new album, and dedicated to her late friend, XXXTentacion.
