Fall River is going high tech for this weekend’s snow storm… One-hundred private snow plow drivers will be carrying GPS boxes that will allow Fall River to track their locations on iPads. With the GPS system, they’ll be able to see the location of the contractors throughout the city and in real time.
The system also allows Fall River to verify calls from residents who complain their streets have not been plowed. This should make driving to BK’s Beacon Tavern on Saturday for country night much easier!
